Any time you have unprotected intercourse where the man ejaculates directly into the vagina, you have a great chance of getting pregnant. It is the recipe for pregnancy.
However, no one can tell you whether or not you actually conceived from this event. You need to wait for a few weeks at least, then take a pregnancy test.
Since you had an irregular period before having intercourse, then it was most likely due to a hormonal imbalance or stress. I suggest that you wait for the results of the pregnancy test before you find solutions for an irregular period.
