My Tampons GREEN !!!

Ive been on the IUD 5yr birthcontrol since Dec 20th, They put it in the same time I had an abortion (Dont Judge!) Everything seemed to be working fine. Then about 1.5months ago I noticed my tampon was not only bloody but also green. Full out GREEN! It wasnt mixed with the blood but on seperate areas of the tampon. I dont have cramps or any signs of discomfort. And now Ive been bleeding light/med for the last month now..no more green, but a steady flow of blood. The odd day there will be no blood but then it starts again, never lasting more then one day without blood. Some times the blood leaks while peeing other times it doesnt. Ive noticed sometime is stringy-ish blood, never clots. Help me, Ive been to my doctors but she is convinced im fine. I DO NOT trust my doctor since she read me a false result when infact it was a serious issue the health unit ended up helping me with!! Any suggestions on what to do / what could be causing this?? I have the odd day of constipation too, never bloody stools, but sometime get a VERY sharp pain in my anus that brings tears to my eyes. Doctor says im low in fibre but I make sure to eat healthy and exersize regularily, besides this issue my daily health would be a 8.5/10.

Guide

Hi,
All of the symptoms that you describe are abnormal and need medical attention. I think you need to find a new physician and get a second opinion. I am concerned that the green on the tampon could be bile leakage. Bile is a dark green to yellowish brown fluid produced by the liver. The prolonged vaginal bleeding and intense anal pain cannot be overlooked.
