my throat always ache especially when i speak for a long period of time...help me pls.what should i do? i sometimes feel its bleeding inside

How long has this been going on for?

You may have strep throat or a different kind of throat infection that isn't terribly painful but that is causing discomfort nonetheless.

Have you looked at your throat in the mirror? Does it seem raw or red?Do you see any white marks (this could be thrush).

Your tonsils could be troubling you - you may have some kind of inflammation there that is exacerbated when you speak for long periods of time.

It's a good idea to see your doctor to get to the bottom of this.
