Hello Anonymous,
Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for asking us for help with your concern.
How long ago was the tubal ligation surgery done? When was your period due to start? How long have you been spotting?
Anonymous, it is important that you notify your gynecologist as soon as possible. If you are pregnant, you are at risk for an ectopic pregnancy because you have had your tubes tied. With an ectopic pregnancy, the embryo implants in the fallopian tube instead of the uterus.
