Q:

My uterine lining is 7+, so had biopsy. Also had no period for 15 months. Could I have cancer?

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

A thinner uterine lining (like you have) is usually caused by a lack of estrogen which is often caused by being menopausal or pre-menopausal. In your 40s, this could certainly be the case.

As to cancer, we cannot say. Your biopsy will let you know this.
Best,
Susan
