Thank you for writing.

Plain (no sugar added) tea and coffee are ok to drink, as are unsweetened juices in moderation, Make sure the juices have no added sugar and stay at about 4 oz (same with milk that can be quite high in sugar).

A club soda with fresh pressed lime juice (of it can just be squeezed in) is also a refreshing choice - one of my favorites!
