Guide

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.

Low back pain and migraines are not related symptoms.  The low back pain could be coming from the kidneys, muscles, or even the colon.  If the low back pain continues and you are sure it is not muscle related but internal, she should see a doctor right away.

There are many treatments for migraines beside medication.  If she is not having success with the medication she should try some of these methods list below:

  • lavender oil
  • peppermint oil
  • basil oil
  • detoxing (ex, juicing, eating raw, all vegetarian diet etc)
  • feverfew
  • flaxseed
  • buckwheat
