Need to understand on Bilateral Polycystic Ovaries

trying to get pregnant for 1 year , my periods are regular ,weight is normal (48kg,height-5.3 feet)

i have taken pelvis scan , the report says POD is clear.The bladder is well/moderately distended.
The uterine is anteverted/retroverted ,measures 7.7*3.7*4.3cms
The endometrium shows 8.5 mm thcikness
The uterine cavity clear
The myometrium normal
Rt Ovary measures 3.0*2.1 cms,echotexture Appear polycystic
Lt Ovary measures 3.5*2.1 cms,echotexture Appear polycystic

POD Clear
Impression Bilateral Poly cystic Ovaries

Now doctor has prescribed -siphene &duphaston tablets

Kindly let me know what problem i have in getting pregnant?
