hi.. i am 33 years old and i am having a needle like pain in my left breast for almost a month now. at first i felt like it is entirely in my upper left body since i feel the needle like pain in my armpits, in my rib cage right below the breast, in my back and in the breast itself. after a month i feel like it is just in 1 place since the pain is getting intense everyday. sometimes i feel d same in my right breast. i am into panic cause my grandmother died of cancer so i kept thinking of it. by the way i have some sort of a lump (for i don't know what a lump looks and feels like) in ky right armpit. actually, march of 2011, i felt this needle like pain in my right breast but it didnt stay long but this time it stayed for a month now. also i felt like milk triggers the pain cause after i drank milk the pain become intense and longer.

Hello mdiaz,

Considering your family history of cancer, the fact that the pain has persisted for one month and you have noticed a lump, it is imperative that you schedule an appointment with your physician.
