New nipple piercing

I got my nipples pierced last night and my left side looks pretty good so does my right but there is a blood clot in between my bar bell and my nipple i just cant get off is it ok to leave itand still do sea salt soak or should i stil try to get it off ?

Perhaps, call the piercing technician and ask what they advise. But I don't think I'd pull it off.

Do you happen to know how long they might stay tender ? They are home piercings

Ty :) they haven't bled since that 2nd day but still sore :( my piercings are a wk old today
