Q:

Nipple pinlike pain

2 days ago I had a sharp pin like pain in my nipple. Even catching myself on bedclothes etc is sharp and painful. It comes and goes lasting a few seconds each time.
Yesterday I started to get a bad pain in my left groin. If I had an appendix it would be a bit like that pain. Hurts walking as though there's pressure in there. What could it be please.

Hello. Thank you for writing.

A change in your reproductive hormones may be responsible for the nipple pain and breast tenderness. If these symptoms persist or occur again, along with any other changes, consult your physician.

I am seeing Doc tomorrow. I'm 70 so it's like I'm going through the menopause or anything! I'm past that already. Thanks though X

Hi,

You didn't give your age. It's good you're seeing the doctor. Take care.

Hi,

You didn't give your age in your question. That's what I meant.
