My dear sister , has had this problem for years and i never really understood and never have been able to give her a proper explanation ..she has been sexually active since she was 13 and she has had atleast 6 sexual partners and even has two kids but ever since sheºs been sexually active she has never had any pleasure...she does indeed get turn on ..and feels pleasure on her clitoris but she only feels the pressure when she does have intercourse...i feel terrible for her because she has never even told her husband about this so she usually fakes her orgasms during sex ....does anyone know a possible medical reason for this? is it really normal not to feel pleasure during sex?

Thank you , for your advice but she has been familiar with ways to achieve sexual satisfaction..sheºs tried on her own..and has even bought sex toys, and nothing has worked but once again thank you for your advice we appreciate it.
