Hello,
I've never had sexual intercourse. So this evening I was rubbing my boyfriends penis for about three minutes (didn't touch head, no cm or pre cm at all), then as he was going to put his hand down to my vagina our hands may have briefly rubbed past each others.
Is there any chance of pregnancy?

You can't get pregnant from touching hands. There was no penetration, no ejaculation inside you. It's a good idea to educate yourself about sex before engaging in sexual activities and if you do have intercourse, always use protection.
