Q:

No withdrawal bleeding after missing birth control pills

I just started birth control after being off of it for 2 months and within the first week I missed 2 pills but not in a row. During the second week I had unprotected sex and he ejaculated in me. I missed 2 pills in a row on the fourth day after sex and had no withdrawal bleeding. In my pervious experience with missing more than one pill in a row I had bleed but this time I only felt the cramps and soreness but no withdrawal bleeding. Can this mean I got pregnant after having unprotected sex and no bleeding but having cramps were a sign that the sperm reached any egg if I ovulated from the missed pills?
