Hi i found out saturday i am pregnant sunday i had cramps with pink brown spotting, back pain, today i saw my gp who saw a swollen uterus on the scan nothing else nd said i must cum friday 4 another scan. Im worried did sumthn go wrong?

Unfortunately it is too early to tell if you are about to miscarry and nothing can really be seen on an ultrasound yet but hopefully later this week, testing will be more conclusive.
Spotting in pregnancy is not uncommon so hang on until your next scan and hopefully they can tell you more.
