I have been bleeding for two weeks up to 3pm with clots, except for the first three days I startedto take novynette. I no I have poly cystic ovary but it isn't bad because I normally menstruated every month. Do you think though, that this may be the cause for the long bleeding?

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.

Poly cystic syndrome usually causes infrequent or absent periods, not prolonged periods.  This symptom is contrary to having PCOS.

Any time you have prolonged menstrual bleeding your need to see a doctor.  In your case it is more urgent since it is very unusual to have prolonged bleeding when taking birth control pills.
