Hi, i forgot to insert my ring on the same hour as usual, i was late about 4 -5 hours.
The same day before i had sex with my boyfriend twice during free ring week.
What should i do?

October 25, 2015 - 12:02pmInserting the ring at a different time may decrease the effectiveness; but it would be impossible to say the percentage of decrease. At this point there is nothing to do accept the stay on your regular routine. If you miss you next period, you can take a pregnancy test.
