Odds of pregnancy

I took two pills at the end of a pack (I'm a sunday start) on a friday somehow and had none for Saturday in the third week. I didn't realize and went on to sugar pill week, had normal pill period.I had sex with no back up up during the placebo week. and did not know to start the new pack early. Are the odds of pregnancy still not super high since I did take all the pills (just two in one day?) and will my pill period not come or be late even if not pregnant? Ive been taking a combo but not mini pill for four years now.

Guide

Hi Anon,

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community.

Anytime you don't take your birth control pills as instructed you do run the risk of pregnancy and having an irregular menstrual cycle. Until you are comfortable with how they should be taking and are consistent, use back up birth control method.

Be well,
