ok so obviously i had sex, he was not careful and lately my boobs hurt randomly i have this nasty brown discharge and im tired with no energy...i took a test two days ago and it said not pregnant, what should i do?

oh and i havent had a real period in almost three years so i dont know if i've missed or anything it usually never comes. due to depo birth control shot and i've been off the shot for over 6 months now
