Only 15,Could i get some help?

Okay so i am only 15,I know im young but anyways. I had unprotected sex and i was on birthcontrol but a couple weeks after i noticed that i was getting bloated pretty bad so i stopped taking it. I had my period a couple weeks before i was supposed to and then about a week later only spotting. I have noticed that i am very tired all the time even when i just wake up, i cannot get to sleep for a long time,my back has pain, I am having headachs and also i am still very bloated. I do feel like maybe i could be and i know i should take a pregnancy test but im just scared to find out. I was hoping that someone would know some more symptoms that maybe i could see if i have. I just need some help. Thank you in advance(:

Hi Anon,

If you had sex while you were on birth control pills, then you didn't have unprotected sex. As far as pregnancy is concerned, you were protected. The reason why you had your period a week early is because you stopped taking your pills-- this is known as withdrawal bleeding. It sounds like you may be tired and have headaches because you aren't getting much sleep at night. If you want to give yourself peace of mind, just take a home pregnancy test. Then try to get a good nights rest. If you still feel like these symptoms aren't going away...please see your doctor.
