Oral sex hygiene

Is it safe to give oral sex and swallow semen to someone that is a Virgin? ( he's never done any sexual activity) I have a really weak immune system. Also, is it safe to touch surfaces where lots of people are around (adults, teens, little children, babies) after touching a penis/semen. My hands were dry. But I just don't want anyone picking up germs if you know what I mean. Overall question: does semen/precm/penis have germs or bacteria etc that can cause serious disease/illnes/infection for anyone? (Adults, teens, children, pensioners) thank you. I just want to keep myself safe and the people around me as I made the mistake of not washing my hands after touching pre cm and semen and a penis and went to a public place.

Guide

Hi, Anon.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Taking semen into the mouth is safe, as is swallowing semen unless the semen has a sexually transmitted infection in it. Keeping semen out of the mouth is the best way to avoid such a risk. In someone who is a virgin, this would not be a concern. Generally speaking, unprotected oral sex can put both giver and receiver at risk of STD.

As for your other question, you should always wash your hands, yes. For yourself and as a courtesy to others.
