Hi. I've been to the er 3 days ago for excruciating pelvic pain. I was diagnosed with a right ovarian cyst of 5 cm and a smaller one on the left. Previously about 9 m ago I had one of 5.9 cm on the left and then dusapeared.
Er dr send me home with 5mg morphine and laxaday powder. I'm taking regular medications like Lyrica, Flexril, Naproxyn and pantoprazol and natural supplement of tumeric, glucosamine and omega 3 .
But now 3x in 12h I've had loose and narrow stool. Is that normal? Could that be due to the ovarian cyst? Ovarian cyst causing an obstruction on the colon or ???? Should I be going back to the er or just take an app with my family doctor?
Could this become dangerous or cause severe complications?
Please let me know

Hi again, Myriam. Thank you for writing.
We can't say what this might be. Conditions that cause inflammation in the colon, such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, may cause loose, thin stools and diarrhea. Stress and anxiety often impact your digestive system as well This may cause thin, loose stools. Medications, foods and other conditions may affect the stool as well. Checking in with your doctor is a good idea if this continues to happen.
