Well besides me having dryness when having sex is not pleasurable anymore and I don't desire sex like I did before is there anything that can help bring the feeling back plz someone help because I don't want to live like this anymore ! Sex matters and I lost it I ruined myself i don't feel like a woman anymore and he's tired of this to.

Feeling good about yourself and feeling beautiful have to come first before you can feel like having sex.
How long ago did you have the double mastectomy and ovary removal?
Are you planning to have breast reconstructive surgery?
Anonymous, I know how you feel. I have battled brain and breast cancer. As a consequence of brain cancer, my forehead bone was destroyed. It was 2 1/2 years before reconstructive surgery was done to insert a prosthetic forehead. One year ago, I had a right mastectomy. Two months ago, I started breast reconstructive surgery.
It is hard to feel sexy when you feel "unattractive".
It will take time and loving support. Sex is as much an emotional act as a physical act. Spending a quiet evening cuddling is a good start. Take baby steps until you are back to where you both want to be.

I had my double mastectomy about 8 yrs ago had my reconstruction followed by tram flat and my ovary removal about 3 yrs ago and from then I lost my libido and I was a sexual person and I wish I hadn't done it I so regret it and I know he does although he doesn't say anything I as even went as far as not sleeping with him on the same bed anymore just so he won't get aroused my poor man I feel bad for him and myself I know we're drifting apart I don't know what to do for us to make love making better again... :'(

I can appreciate your situation.
Have you thought about relationship counseling or sex therapy?
Have you talked with your physician who can help with the physical aspects?
