I took both pills in one dosage, is this dangerous or less effective? Also, what are the usual side effects after taking the pills and how soon after? I took the pills about a 17 days ago and now I'm spotting ( not heavy but blood is present). Could this be a side effect?

Hi i had unprotected sex on wednesday night, i now took the two pill of postinor2 on thursday, later on Saturday night around 8;30pm i had unprotected sex again, pls am i to take another postinor2?

No. From now on, you must start using a regular type of birth control method, like condoms, birth control pills, IUD or Depo-Provera injections.

Hello, I had unprotected sex Saturday morning about 2am and I couldn't get a plan b pill until Monday in the afternoon, about 1:30pm. The one I got was Postnior and since it's after 72 hours, could I be pregnant?

Hi i had unprotected sex and he ejaculated in me so i took the postinor 2 double dose pill but i only took one and 12 hours after i was going to take the other but i lost it so i went and bought the postinor single dose and took that the next day, all this bedore 72 hours of unprotected sex, can i till be pregnant?

The effectiveness of Postinor 2 in preventing pregnancy is dependant upon taking the pill as directed. I think taking the second dose the following day, 24 hours later rather than 12 hours after the first dose, decreased its promised effectiveness.
Anonymous, check with either your gynecologist or pharmacist, who know more about emergency contraceptives.

Hi.. I took Overdose of postinor.. on the 29 of may i took ppostinor2 after unprotected sex the previous day.. i took the two tablets once then on the 2nd and 3rd of june respectively i took four ordinary postinor which have ten tablets.. fast forward to 12th. June I started having tenderness of the breast,fatigue and a little dizziness.. are those not pregnancy signs or it is the side effects from taking those drugs.. I am very confused

You are suffering with a drug, Postinor 2 overdose. Contact your gynecologist or primary care physician today.
These are not signs of pregnancy. You may have seriously harmed your body by taking so many pills.

Hi, I had sex and and took the 1st dosage of postinor 2 in 65hrs later but the second dose was taken in 12hrs later but fell after the 72hrs. Pls can I get pregnant?

Postinor 2 is most effective in preventing pregnancy if taken as early as possible. Effectiveness cannot be guaranteed. You will know it worked once you have vaginal bleeding.
Check with a pharmacist or your gynecologist regarding the pill's effectiveness since the last dose was taken 77 hours after sex.
