Hello, I had an unprotected sex on Friday at about 11 am and i took postinor 2 at about 9 pm the same day, i also had another unprotected sex at about 10 am the following day. Is it likely i can still get pregnant, although i felt like vomiting some hours after the second unprotected sex but i didn't vomit. Do i still need to take another dose of postinor 2 ?

To take Postinor 2 correctly you need to take the second pill 12 hours after the first. If you did not take the second pill after taking the first on Friday night, you may want to try taking it correctly today. Keep in mind that the effectiveness of the pill depends on whether or not you take it correctly.

Hello,
Diarrhea and vomiting are more severe side effects of the drug. But the effectiveness of the drug mostly depends on whether or not you take it correctly. You were supposed to take the second pill 12 hours after the taking the first.
It is not possible to know whether or not you will be pregnant after that because we don't know if you conceived or not during sex. So you will need to wait till your next period. If you miss it, take a pregnancy test.
