My husband and I had a baby last lear and we wanted another so I was tracking my ovulation. I had a freak out and decied to take plan B becasue i thought maybe i should wait. Now we talked things through and decided to go through with it. I feel like my cycle could be off and im trying to figure out how to track it again.
last period cycle
9/2/10 1st day period
10/27/10 1st day period
11/3/10 took plan b
11/10/10 spotting
so how would i plan ovulation now if i wanted to get pregnant?

November 10, 2010 - 1:24pmThanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. Have you discussed your desire for another child with your OB? It may be a good idea, and also to get their take on how to proceed with tracking your period. I believe (although I'm not a doctor) that you may need to wait until you get another period to start tracking/trying to get pregnant. Your period can be altered after taking PlanB.
