I had my period on 16 feb.
I had sex on 23 feb and again on 3march. Both time, we used condom.
Actually, I am cramping on left side of my abdomen and back/leg pain.
What can this sign be ? Ovulation or pregnancy?
My cycle length is 35 days.

If you used the condoms correctly (no breaks or leaks) each time you had intercourse, you shouldn't worry that you are pregnant. Of course, if this is not the case, you will need to test for pregnancy. I can't say exactly what the pain might be. It could be ovary pain. If it becomes severe or persists, see your doctor.
