pain just below chest when walking

hi
last night when i reached at home from office, i felt that i am having pain just below the chest only when i am walking, and still after 21 hrs condition is same, pain only when i walk.
its for the first time in my almost 31 yrs age.
i had lunch in day time and didn't ate anytihng till dinner.

Hi Anon,

Have you had any accidents/trauma around your chest area? If not, you should see a doctor as soon as possible. Chest Pain when walking can be a sign of something more serious such as Angina or it can be something simple like heartburn. Even though it may be nothing serious, it is best to know that you are okay, than to speculate that it's heart burn and later regretfully find out that it was something much more serious like Angina pain.
