Palpataions in the neck area. Is that atrerial ???

You will want to see your doctor concerning your symptoms-- It does sound like it could be heart-related, though that isn't necessarily always the case. Palpitations can be felt in your chest, throat, or neck and many times, heart conditions go without symptoms-- if you are having symptoms, such as palpitations then you should be diagnosed and treated by your doctor.
