For as long as i could remember (16 yrs old now) my panties were always wet when i got home. I would have to change in the morning,afternoon/before i go to bed sometimes 3x a day. I just want to know if it is good or not.

Some form of discharge or moisture on your underwear is normal throughout the day. Some women perspire more than others as well in the vaginal area. Wearing tight clothing can someone cause this as well. You can read more here. I hope this has eased your mind.
