for the past 2-3 days ive had mild aches on the left side of my stomach...sometimes going lower or too my back... could you have any idea what this could be? thanks for your help

Any pain in the abdomen should not be ignored. Are you having any other symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, constipation or diarrhea? You need to be evaluated in person. Call your doctor or visit a health clinic and report all the symptoms that you are experiencing.
