Eat a low-fat, well balanced, diet.
Take a multi-vitamin
Aside from this, you can speak to your doctor about balancing your hormones-- in PCOS, this is the number one reason for hair loss. Since you may produce more of one hormone than another, you may need some help balancing them out.
You will notice some improvement in hair thinning/ hair loss after you are on therapy.
