Hello, I just turned 47 yrs old & have begun menopause (confirmed by my Ob-Gyn). Last I saw my MD I felt great & was having no symptoms whatsoever, except no period. As of about a month ago, hot flashes have started & I am going crazy. My MD has offered me meds, but I am afraid. I have heard bad stories about drugs that help with menopausal symptoms, but yet these hot flashes are HORRIBLE! I am dying with heat one minute & FREEZING the next. I can't win! Any suggestions to some kind of homeopathic relief? Thanks
