Welcome to EmpowHER. Because of your age, this can be symptoms of perimenopause. But other conditions can cause these changes. Such as ovarian cysts, endometriosis, fibroids and many other. It's very important to make an appointment with your gynecologist. Any vaginal bleeding that is not the normal flow of your menstruation, should be evaluated by a doctor.
