I am 26 years old proud mother of 3 amazing kids. I was diagnosed with Pcos. I had first baby 2009 doctors said gall stones caused bad pain. Had gallbladder removed. Had my second child 2012 had pains again went doctors said had small cysts. Then in 2014 had my last child alto of issues again. Was then doctor confirmed PCOS as cysts were worse. I got fixed after that baby and my periods have been out of wack since. Seem like start get better now worse. When haven my period I am drowsy, weak, nauseas, cranky, no appetite and in alot of pain to point where I cry. I also noticed I started June 1 ended morning of June 3 then restarted the evening of the June 4 then stopped morning of June 5 then started again today June 6 about mid morning. Some time when wipe is blood on toilet paper but don't go onto pad why is that?

Thanks for your post; I'm sorry you're having so much difficulty with your cycle, it's very frustrating.

Blood only seen on toilet paper means it's very light bleeding.

You need to talk to your doctor about your cycle. It's very irregular and very painful. There are ways to combat this including the birth control pill. The birth control pill has a lot of benefits than just preventing pregnancy including regularity and curtailing PMS or bad period pain. Please talk to him/her about your options.
