If a period has been delayed due to stress and worrying, is it possible that when it does arrive that it is very light and brown in color all the way through (not just at the beginning and towards the end). This has happened to me and I'm really confused if this is my period or not. Normally it is quite heavy with bright red blood and really back back cramps. But this time it's very very very light and dark brown in colour with only minor back ache. What is happening? Is this a result of it being delayed? Does it sound like implantation bleeding (it's lasted the amount of time a normal period would last but not even using up one pad a day). Btw I haven't had sex only foreplay. I'm Just struggling to believe it's my period as its so different to what I normally get. Thank you in advance!
