I am taking some herbal supplement for about three month and last month my period came twice at 4 days interval. The first was light and lasted 5 days but the second was heavier with large blood clots and lasted 9 days.during the 3 months of using supplements I also changed my diet but during those 4 days of interval I did not take my supplements and did not follow my diet due to the fact that I travelled to a leàrning center for my job for 4 days. It is on my last day of training I saw my second period. My first period started May 5th and the second May 14. Today is June 14 and my period is not here. Is that normal ? I have a history of fibroid and had two myomectomies and in my late 30s without kids. Poor eggs quality and 1 failed IVF due to poor eggs et bad uterus. I had fluid in my lining and thin lining during invitro. After the invitro doctor gave me a 10% chances to conceive. Reason why i turned to a more holistic method to improve my eggs quality and heal my uterus naturally. Overal I feel better since I started the treatment . Is my body reacting to the supplements or can u think of pregnancy? Please help. Thank you.

Hi Raissa,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Since you have a history of Fibroids, one of the symptoms of fibroids are prolonged periods, heavy bleeding during your cycles, pelvic pressure and pain. This might be the cause of your symptoms. If you feel that pregnancy can be possible. It might be best to take a home pregnancy test. Hope this was helpful?

Best,

Daisy
