i never had any periods problem since i had my first ones , but this month , i have not gone through this , i have passed a week from my normal date , please guide me , is this abnormal ?
should i get worried ?

Hi Anonymous and thanks for your question.
Women's cycles can vary tremendously, especially for younger women. Many causes, including stress, can change the cycle timing. A late period can also indicate pregnancy. If your period does not come in the next few days, and there is any chance that you could be pregnant, you may want to have a pregnancy test.
