Ok soo my period isn't due until another week.but I'm getting symptoms like náusea, acné,I'm super moody,my side breast are hurting and I am experiencing bad cramping on both sides..and at first I was really scared because I thought I was pregnant..but I was confirmed I'm not because no penetration was made,or skin to skin contact bc we were fully clothed..and plus im a complete Virgin.its just that I never experience these symptoms when my period is about to start I only get a little emotional and bad cramping the day before..which is obvious becuase my period is always on a 30 or 31.is this normal? I'm kinda worried because its only the 21st of September!!!

Hi bibi,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. It is common to experience pre-menstrual symptoms several days and even a week prior to your actual period. It is also very common that your periods can change up until your late 20s. I hope this helps as you should have nothing to worry about.

Good luck,

Missie

Thank you so much. It really helps me out, though I'm still wondering why do our Breast start hurting and if there is a specific number of days in which they should stop hurting ?
