I startes getting bleeding 3 days ago,which was heavy flow on the first 2 days and little less on the 3rd day....whereas 4th and 5th day the flow decreases even more.
Is it periods or implantation bleeding?
M confused...since i was involved in genital rubbing activity without penetration and ejaculation.
Please help

That is your period. Implantation bleeding is very light spotting, pinkish or brown in color, sometimes only a few drops, over 1-2 days. It does not have a flow like a period. Rubbing without penetration and/or ejaculation would not cause pregnancy.
