Periods and stress

Hey again i dont know if you remember me but im the girl who came to you about outercourse and asked you if i could always ask you for advice and guidence. Well im supposed to get my period today however i do have my normal symptoms which are lower abdominal pain and a backahce however this is funny my boobs feel heavy and sore. I remember you gave me advice and told me i cant get pregnant from outercourse and you gave me a link to read through however i have been really stressed because half of me says im pregnant the other half says im not im going to get me periods, Please help me how can i stop being stressed out cause i feel as though its affecting me .
