Hi...Can "ONLY'' lower back pain be a sign/symptom of PID?

Hi Ranch, 

Welcome to EmpowHER. Not always, is it due to PID.  Low back pain can also be due to injury to the muscle, joints, ligaments or nerves on the spine.  A herniated disc can also cause pain to your lower back and many other conditions. You will need to see a doctor, for imaging test to be done.
