i have severe pain in my three middle toes when i walk and when i sleep at night.it feels like a limb is waking up from falling asleep.it really hurts when rubbing against my sheets in bed.i also have bad lower back pain in the morning and when i stand in one place too long.

Nerve compression is probably the cause of your symptoms. Have you reported these symptoms to your primary care physician?
