Plan b a day after

I had sex for the first time u protected he pulled out a good 2 to 3 minutes before he ejaculated I took plan b the next morning about 16 hours after... I'm very afraid that I am going to get pregnat when should I start to worry? And how do I know I got my period? And I'm feeling slight cramps it has only been a day since taking the pill and I'm very afraid I might still get pregnant when should I start to worry about if I am or not
