Hi Anon,

Please clarify what you mean by "plastic cover". I'm not sure if you're referring to a condom or something else.

Hi jayshree

Gloves or a plastic bag are NOT the same as a condom and certainly do not offer the same protection. Many condoms come with a spermicide which helps with lubrication and helps to kill sperm.

They are also tested for holes or other issues that may cause them to fail. Gloves, plastics bags or other items are not regulated like this.

Additionally, anything other than a condom may hurt your partner and cause cuts, tears or other kinds of physical damage. And you will not be adequately protecting her from pregnancy or disease. Make sure her needs are also a priority!

Do you live in a place where you cannot use or buy condoms?

Do you mean a latex condom ? Or actual plastic ? A condom is one of the safe ways to have sex. Plastic i dont personally think will be appropriate. It could cause alot of problems as in a rash, infection, or even pregnancy ( as it wouldnt be as safe as a condom)
