Hi I have an odd question but it's for real. I suffer an irrational phobia. I am currently on yaz and I was waiting for my withdrawal bleeding to start so over the last few days I have been inserting my finger into my vagina to feel my cervix. I put my finger deep inside and really rubbed my cervix, I did this quite a few times over the past days. My bleeding started today, but now I am worried that maybe I have caused myself to become pregnant by doing this (maybe I touched a door handle that contained sperm and then it was transferred into my vagina?) Is this just ridiculous thoughts or have I put myself at risk of pregnancy? So anxious! Please no hurtful comments.

Regarding your specific question, there was no chance for pregnancy.
Having your period confirms that you are not pregnant.
As a rule of thumb, once semen dries, sperm dies. It is very unlikely that there would be any sperm on objects that you may have touched.
To conceive, you must be ovulating and have unprotected sexual intercourse.
