Thanks for your post.
A hypoplastic uterus means that a uterus is very small in size and this can cause infertility in women. Many women with this condition do not get periods and cannot conceive. Or those than can conceive do not carry the baby to term.
Hormone replacement therapy can work - you need to talk to your doctor about your options.
