Anytime you take an emergency pill, most women will experience a delay or changes on their next period.

Hi Anon,
Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. There is no way of knowing if the emergency pilled worked. If you took it as instructed, your chances for pregnancy to occur are less. If you had unprotected sex and you were on your fertile days, the chances for pregnancy to occur are always higher. You will need to wait until your period is due and if it's late, take a home pregnancy test. Was this helpful?
