i am taking meliane from 1 and half years& its very safe for me bt last month my little child wasted my two tablets& i m far away from main city so cant get meliane before weekend so i could not take the last two tablets of last saturday&sunday...friday was the last day of 19th tablet..on monday i got menustral bleeding..now i am free bt i am so confused of starting new pack..should i start today on saturday or on monday what i am following from many months...plz help...i dnt know what to do....

Thank you for your question. I am having a small issue following which pills you missed although I think you meant your last two pills were lost. You then had your period as you normally would and now need to start a new pack...
If you ever miss more than 3 pills or lose pills, you should contact your pharmacist. Once you obtain what your start date again should be from your pharmacist, remember that you should always use back up methods of protection for at least the first 7 days of starting your new pack.

Thank a ton for quick response..yeah it's right.i lost my last two pills..after 2days I had periods&now I want to know when to start new pack.i talked to my doctor as well.she said that i should start new pack on Monday on which I always start the new pack.it means that I would have 9 days tablet-free instead of 7.still guide me ..

I am glad that you called your doctor. You will be fine starting as mentioned just remember the 7 day backup method after you start re-taking your pills.
