plz help, my panis gets painful itchy when i urinate. Even my testicle gets painful when ejaculate.

Welcome to EmpowHER.  The itching might be a sign of an infection, allergy or a more serious condition such as an STD.  Before trying to treat it with any over the counter medication, It's important to see your doctor.
